Demmeler Ergonomix M® makes work easier!
Productivity, precision and innovation are key characteristics of all Hermle products. Naturally this also applies to in-house production. The patented Ergonomix M® manipulator with a swivel range of 180° is capable of the reproducible positioning of components weighing up to 1.5 tons in assembly. Multiple, time-consuming rotating and turning of the work pieces, for example with a crane, is eliminated for a major reduction in non-productive time. The proven Demmeler worktable systems with ergonomic scissor lift are used in welding as well.
Mr. Hipp (Head of Marketing at Hermle) also emphasises that the manipulators relieve the workers of heavy handling tasks and enable working with an ergonomic posture.
