В сфере металлоконструкций мы работаем, помимо прочего, с портальными роботами и роботизированными модулями. При этом, в том числе при ручной сварке, мы пользуемся услугами очень квалифицированных сварщиков, имеющих сертификат соответствия DIN 18800.
Являясь экспертами в области машиностроения и автоматизированных технологий, мы, разумеется, непрерывно продолжаем работу над модернизацией имеющихся систем в наших производственных цехах. Так, для постоянной оптимизации качества и технологических процессов мы уже осуществили модернизацию различных приспособлений, систем подачи и станков. Ведь тот, кто не стремится стать лучше, уже перестал быть хорошим.
Наилучшее качество на рынке компания Demmeler гарантирует, помимо применения соответствующего расчета, лучших материалов и процесса изготовления высочайшего уровня, путем системы контроля качества, включающей в себя, помимо прочего, 3D координатные измерительные машины, а также оптические мерные инструменты. Для обеспечения соответствующих допусков тесты и замеры, разумеется, проводятся в оснащенных кондиционерами измерительных лабораториях.
