- Надежный растровый механизм: Растровый механизм обеспечивает дозированный, быстрый и виброустойчивый зажим.
- Высочайшая прочность: Обеспечивает большим запасом мощности равномерное увеличение зажимных усилий. Опорная и прижимная деталь зажимается с самоцентровкой на изделии и может быть заменена.
- Зажимной рычаг с порошковым напылением: имеет особо эргономичную форму и поворачивается на 360°, тем самым Вам не помешают выступающие края. Покрытый пластиком расцепной рычаг с защитой от соскальзывания обеспечивает надежность и безопасность при ослаблении зажима струбцины.
- Большой ход зажима: 9 мм
Абсолютная универсальность Благодаря модульной конструкции струбцина оптимальным образом адаптируется к различным зажимным ситуациям. Плавный поворот и вращение в диапазоне до ±360° позволяют выполнять горизонтальный/вертикальный и наклонный зажим заготовок круглого или квадратного сечения. При этом стандартный зажимной диск с призмой обеспечивает зажим заготовки с постоянной самоцентровкой. Призма предотвращает соскальзывание и опрокидывание. В зависимости от формы и свойств зажимаемого элемента предлагаются дополнительные нажимные и опорные элементы для моментальной замены.
