GYORSSZORÍTÓ HENGER
- Biztonságos raszteres mechanizmus: A raszteres mechanizmus gondoskodik az adagolt, gyors és vibrációbiztos szorításról.
- Maximális stabilitás: Nagy erőtartalékokkal egyenletes szorítóerő felépítést tesz lehetővé. A támasztó és nyomóidom öncentrírozó módon rászorul a munkadarabra, és kicserélhető.
- A porbevonatú szorítókar: Kifejezetten ergonómikus formájú, és 360°-ban elforgatható, ezért minden zavaró él kikerülhető. A műanyaggal burkolt lazítókar a lecsúszás elleni védelemmel biztonságos tartást biztosít a szorító meglazítása során.
- Nagy szorítási löket: 9 mm
Messzemenően rugalmas. A nagy teljesítményű csavaros befogó moduláris kialakításának köszönhetően tökéletesen illeszkedik a különböző befogási helyzetekhez. A fokozatmantes elfordulás és a ± 360°-os forgatás lehetővé teszi a kerek vagy szögletes munkadarabok vízszintes/függőleges és ferde befogását. A prizmával ellátott standard nyomótányér a munkadarabon mindig öncentrikusan fog be. A prizma megakadályozza a megcsúszást és a felbillenést. A befogásra váró darab alakjától és tulajdonságától függően további nyomó- és tartóelemek állnak rendelkezésre a gyors cseréhez.
