Při tom vyrábíme naše výrobky mimo jiné s následujícími typy strojů různého dimenzování:
Frézy s pojízdnými stojany, Portálové frézy, Horizontální centra, Soustruhy, Obráběcí centra
V oblasti ocelových konstrukcí pracujeme mimo jiné s portálovými roboty a robotickými buňkami. Při tom a rovněž při ručním svařování nasazujeme velmi dobře vzdělané svářeče, kteří vlastní velké prokázání způsobilosti podle DIN 18800.
Coby odborníci v oblasti výroby strojů a automatizační techniky vyvíjíme stávající systémy a v naší výrobní oblasti samozřejmě neustále dál. Tak jsme již realizovali různé přípravky, přísuny a úpravy strojů, abychom neustále optimalizovali procesy a kvalitu. Neboť kdo se přestal zlepšovat, přestal být dobrým.
Nejlepší kvalitu na trhu zaručuje společnost Demmeler kromě odpovídajícího dimenzování, nejlepších základních materiálů a výroby na nejvyšší úrovni zajišťováním kvality, které je mimo jiné vybavené 3D souřadnicovými měřicími systémy a optickými měřicími přístroji.
