Přitom uvádí manipulátor maximální náklady vždy do ideální polohy. Zvláštní vlastností výrobkové řady Demmeler Ergonomix M je velký rozsah otáčení až 180°. Ten přináší u mnoha obrobků rozhodující výhodu jejich hotového obrobení v jednom upnutí bez dodatečného přetáčení.

Najedete do jednotlivých poloh ručně a uložíte je. Následně opakuje manipulátor program, kolikrát chcete. Tak zvýšíte svoji produktivitu a kvalitu.

- Foot switch to control the rotation axis of the manipulator by pressing the pedal for left / right rotation
- Foot switch with emergency stop function. Pressing the pedal down all the way stops movement of the rotation axis immediately (panic function)
- The enabling button does not have to be pressed while controlling the rotation axis with the foot switch
You can move to the positions manually with the buttons and save specific positions in the work piece programme using the teach controller by pressing buttons. This results in a consistent movement sequence from one position to the next. Several different work piece programmes can be stored and called up as needed.

Díky velikému pracovnímu prostoru při současně malé instalační ploše je manipulátor Demmeler Ergonomix®M ideálním doplňkem pokrokové výrobní dílny. Přitom přenáší manipulátor, který lze výškově a v úhlu nastavit, nejvyšší náklady vždy do ideální polohy a umožňuje tak ergonomický pracovní rytmus také při náročných manipulačních úkolech. Montážní činnosti se tak provádí bez námahy a s trvale vysokou přesností. Díky patentovanému otočnému rozsahu až do 180°lze obrábět obrobky pouze v napnutí bez dodatečného otáčení.
