DEMMELER® RailFIX – Lightning-fast positioning of frame parts for railings
Our versatile device for positioning frame components for railings, especially steel railings, offers maximum flexibility. It is ideal for railings with bar infill and railings with flat steel infill. This innovative device enables precise, automated adjustment of the bar spacing and the distance between the upper and lower components. Powered by five powerful servo motors, it ensures uniform positioning of the infill bars and the correct inclination of the railing components, especially for stair railings.

For greater automation, RailFIX is ideal for automated welding with the DEMMELER® COBOT WeldSpace LINEAR. Maximum efficiency automation is achieved by entering a STEP file into automated AI cloud programming, which automatically generates the welding program for the DEMMELER® COBOT WeldSpace LINEAR.
Manual welding with rollover positioner
For manual welding work, the device can also be used in a manually operated rotary control mode.
