With the establishment of DEMMELER Technology GmbH, the DEMMELER Group is strategically expanding its portfolio to include state-of-the-art fiber laser cutting technology. As the official BODOR Sales & Service Partner, DEMMELER Technology will provide sales, live demonstrations, installation, service, and spare parts support throughout Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.

A New Center of Excellence for Laser Technology

A key part of this expansion is the DEMMELER Future of Laser Center, currently under construction in Heimertingen and scheduled to open in October. Covering approximately 2,500 m², the new facility will serve as a modern technology, demonstration, spare parts, and service center where customers can experience the latest laser cutting systems firsthand, compare machines, test applications, and receive expert advice.

The first demonstration machines include:

• BODOR H4000-24 with 60 kW laser power and a working area of 24,000 × 4,000 mm for cutting steel plates up to 100 mm thick, including bevel cutting
• BODOR P4 with 12 kW laser power
• BODOR i7 with 6 kW laser power
• BODOR T230E Tube Laser with 6 kW laser power

At the same time, DEMMELER Technology is building a strong team of experienced sales and service specialists to provide customers with expert consulting and fast on-site support.

The impressive scale of the manufacturing facility, its high level of automation, advanced production technology, and innovative spirit clearly demonstrate BODOR’s technological capabilities and global market leadership.
