3D welding tables and clamping accessories – the original from the inventor
A five-sided hole grid used as a coordinate system, infinitely variable clamping on every side, modular in every direction. You build your fixture once in CAD and call it up again for every batch – the second batch sits exactly like the first.

Rail system – where the table ends
Support and foundation rails with plate fields, installed above or below floor level. This lets you clamp components of 80 m and more on one continuous level surface, to the same tolerances as on the table. Recessed below floor level, the shop floor stays drivable and free of trip hazards.

DEMMELER COBOT WeldSpace 4.0® Table – automation without a robot programmer
Guide the cobot to the seam by hand, set the waypoint at the push of a button, done. More than 100 pre-configured welding jobs are stored ex works, the two-axis manipulator handles up to 500 kg and turns circumferential seams through under the torch.

DEMMELER COBOT WeldSpace 4.0® LINEAR – for everything that does not fit on a table
Components up to 30 m long, working areas from 3,000 to 30,000 mm, surface load up to 4,000 kg/m², manipulator up to 2,000 kg. Programming is done by drag and drop, or the DEMMELER® WeldSoft AI Cloud calculates the seams and the collision-free path for you.

Ergonomix®M manipulator
A swivel range of up to 180° as standard: clamp once, finish welding completely. The teach control stores up to 100 programs with 50 positions each, and every position can be called up at the push of a button.
