DEMMELER is enthusiastically participating in the “Digital Class” pilot project
As a modern training company, DEMMELER takes part in the pilot project "Digital Class" of the state vocational school Johann-Bierwirth in Memmingen. Equipped with the latest convertible notebooks, our industrial mechanic apprentices started their first “digital” year of training.
Digital networking is not only changing the world of work, it is also changing the way young people are trained for their respective jobs. The use of digital media is all the more essential in modern vocational training. DEMMELER not only offers the most modern framework conditions on site, but has also equipped the trainees with the appropriate laptops. With this technical equipment, the training content is conveyed using teaching concepts specially developed for the digital class in order to achieve the best possible learning success for the trainees.
Our trainees can be picked up and promoted specifically at their respective learning level. All content, work results or documents are processed, managed and organized on the new laptops. The lessons are practically paperless.
“It is important for us that the training content is always up to date. We hope that in addition to the training as an industrial mechanic, in future we will also be able to offer a digital learning concept for our other apprenticeships in cooperation with the vocational schools ”, says Manfred Eberle, commercial training manager at DEMMELER.
