At the beginning of the new vocational training year 2016 Mr. Johannes Demmeler, head of the company DEMMELER Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG, and the training team welcomed 15 new trainees for the vocational training of industry mechanics, cutting machine operators, technical product designer, industrial clerk as well as warehouse logistics specialists.
Due to the new hires the number of trainees amount to a total of currently 39 apprentices within the technical and commercial field. The increase of apprenticeship training positions through continued investments in the training centre and the whole company DEMMELER must be pointed out. Also in the vocational training year 2017 12 to 14 apprenticeship training positions will be offered. The trainees have access to the ultra-modern machinery and comprehensive teaching aids in the training centre whereby a training on highest level of technology is guaranteed.
The trainees get additional knowledge and insights in the particular departments of the company, where they have the opportunity to work in real projects, incorporate own ideas and actively enter the working life. With great success young people get trained to highly qualified skilled workers with best prospects for the future. After successfully completing the apprenticeship DEMMELER offers interesting and diversified permanent posts in the production of individual parts and in the special machine construction.
