The vocational training day by Demmeler in Heimertingen was again a huge success for the company, which is known for highly specialized flagship solutions in mechanical engineering and construction. This year, over 150 visitors, mostly school leavers with their parents, took the chance to inform themselves about the different training opportunities within the individual professional fields during conversations with the Demmeler training team and their trainees.
A total of 44 trainees are currently doing an apprenticeship by the mechanical engineer Demmeler. Every year, about 15 new apprentices follow. A successfully graduation from secondary or comprehensive school is required to begin with the three and a half year training program in the modern equipped training centre and your personal career. There are training opportunities within the technical as well as the commercial department. They reach from industry mechanics over cutting machine operators, technical product designer, and industrial clerk to warehouse logistics specialists. Committed and well-trained employees are essential success guarantors for the company. Therefore, Demmeler sets highest priority in training young career-starters for decades.
