Unit weights up to 50 tons are not uncommon here.

In a generous 3,000 m² steel construction hall and numerous large welding booths, perfectly equipped with modular Demmeler 3D clamping systems, quality in combination with the highest cost-effectiveness takes centre stage. 

With the comprehensive proof of suitability certificate according to DIN 18800 and a team of around 50 certified welding specialists, even the most challenging projects can be realised. Large series components up to 20 metres in length can be fabricated with great efficiency and high precision using robot systems.
