The universal 3D welding table meets all requirements for horizontal as well as vertical applications. With this modular system, setting up your parts exactly and quickly is a snap: Machine housings, racks, frames, cross members, mounting brackets, railings, stairs, gates, control cabinets, sheet metal coverings and much more.
Elaborate and costly conventional fixtures are a thing of the past. With this system, you can set and fix the specified sizes for any work piece quickly and precisely. Your individual welded components are clamped at the corresponding faces or points during the tacking and welding process for optimum positioning.
Demmeler is a world-leading manufacturer of rotary and rotary/sliding tables. We are a quality leader in this field. Demmeler sets the industry standard with its unique modular system and extremely robust structure as well as the sophisticated drive technology with Duo Drive and positioning accuracy in the µ-range. For large rotary tables, Demmeler counts on a hydrostatic mounting. This makes it possible to develop and produce tables with a length of up to 12,000 mm and a load capacity up to 500 tons. Naturally we also design our rotary tables with sliding axes in the length desired or required for your field of application.
Our tool changeover systems come into play when requirements for large numbers of tools and high tool weights with simultaneous great flexibility have to be met. The Demmeler systems can hold up to 750 different tools and make them available in record time. Tools are automatically inspected as part of the process and a replacement is initiated when needed. Freely programmable PC-based systems ensure extensive adaptability to various machine control systems.
Our train of machines allows us to process work pieces up to 50 tons with precision in the thousandth range. All manufacturing processes are carried out in-house. This ensures we always have control over quality and schedules.
