Piece weights of up to 50 t are not uncommon here.

In our large 3,000 m2 steel construction hall, which offers plenty of large welding booths and ideally equipped with Demmeler modular 3-D clamping systems, the focus is on achieving quality with excellent efficiency.
Thanks to suitability verification in accordance with DIN 18800 and a team of around 50 highly qualified welding experts, the most complex projects can be undertaken and completed. Large-series components of up to 20 m in length can be manufactured efficiently and with top precision with the help of the robot systems.
